We discussed existing ties and future plans with the Prime Minister of Armenia, as well as preparations for a joint strategic document. This was announced by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

He noted that an agreement had been reached for experts from the two countries to hold professional meetings to discuss relevant issues and establish the necessary foundations for developing cooperation.

Pezeshkian also referred to his talks with the Prime Minister of Georgia and the possibilities for expanding regional cooperation between Iran, Armenia, and Georgia.

According to him, the discussions focused on developing communication and transit routes between the two sides, as well as leveraging geographical opportunities to establish connections with Europe, the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan, India, and other countries in the region.

He added that this cooperation could create new opportunities for developing economic, cultural, social, and political ties.
